Bookup Troubleshooting

Confirm Bookup is active, then open Bookup → Settings → Modules. Optional and Pro areas appear only when the relevant module is enabled and, for Pro features, Bookup Pro is active and licensed.

Install and activate Bookup Free from bookup.zip. Keep Bookup Pro active from bookup-pro.zip; Pro depends on Free and does not replace it.

Confirm the offering is published, then go to Settings → Permalinks and select Save Changes. This refreshes WordPress rewrite rules.

Confirm that the offering is published, booking is enabled, at least one booking option exists, and the public page uses the offering page or the correct shortcode:

[bookup-booking id="OFFERING_ID"]

Check that the resource is active, has a weekly availability window covering the session, has no blocking exception, is eligible for the selected service, and still has capacity. Also verify the offering session itself is valid.

Confirm that the coupon is published, its module is enabled, its usage limit is not exhausted, and the current date/time is inside its configured validity period.

Confirm the booking has a positive payable amount, the gateway is enabled, required credentials are saved, and the expected payment method is selected. WooCommerce Cart also requires WooCommerce to be active.

Confirm that the template is enabled for the right trigger and recipient context. Then test WordPress mail delivery with an SMTP or transactional email provider; Bookup prepares emails, but the site mail transport performs delivery.
