Bookup Troubleshooting
I do not see a Bookup menu or module
Section titled “I do not see a Bookup menu or module”Confirm Bookup is active, then open Bookup → Settings → Modules. Optional and Pro areas appear only when the relevant module is enabled and, for Pro features, Bookup Pro is active and licensed.
Bookup Pro says Bookup Free is missing
Section titled “Bookup Pro says Bookup Free is missing”Install and activate Bookup Free from bookup.zip. Keep Bookup Pro active from bookup-pro.zip; Pro depends on Free and does not replace it.
An offering page returns 404
Section titled “An offering page returns 404”Confirm the offering is published, then go to Settings → Permalinks and select Save Changes. This refreshes WordPress rewrite rules.
The booking form is missing
Section titled “The booking form is missing”Confirm that the offering is published, booking is enabled, at least one booking option exists, and the public page uses the offering page or the correct shortcode:

Section titled “A resource is unavailable”Check that the resource is active, has a weekly availability window covering the session, has no blocking exception, is eligible for the selected service, and still has capacity. Also verify the offering session itself is valid.
A coupon is rejected
Section titled “A coupon is rejected”Confirm that the coupon is published, its module is enabled, its usage limit is not exhausted, and the current date/time is inside its configured validity period.
No paid gateway appears
Section titled “No paid gateway appears”Confirm the booking has a positive payable amount, the gateway is enabled, required credentials are saved, and the expected payment method is selected. WooCommerce Cart also requires WooCommerce to be active.
Emails are not delivered
Section titled “Emails are not delivered”Confirm that the template is enabled for the right trigger and recipient context. Then test WordPress mail delivery with an SMTP or transactional email provider; Bookup prepares emails, but the site mail transport performs delivery.
