Directory Analytics

Listdom → Analytics is the administrator’s directory-wide reporting workspace. It is different from the Stats element displayed on a single listing. Core provides the Analytics entry and overview; the Stats add-on supplies the detailed event collection and reports.

Open Analytics and follow its Webilia Connect prompt if detailed reporting is not available. Connect the website, install and activate the Stats add-on, and review its collection settings. Use Manage Stats settings to open the relevant configuration. Existing counters are not a complete historical record of events collected before tracking began.

  • Listing activity: total and estimated unique detail views, listing-card impressions and clicks, and popular listings.
  • Search performance: submitted searches, result totals, zero-result searches, filter use, and popular search terms when enabled.
  • Categories and locations: which parts of your directory attract activity.
  • Engagement and conversions: supported contacts, phone/email/website/WhatsApp clicks, directions, shares, favorites, and map-marker interactions. Relevant actions depend on the active integrations and enabled tracking switches.

Search counts represent deliberate search submissions. Pagination, sorting, loading more results, or zooming a map should not be interpreted as additional submitted searches. A click records an interaction, not proof of a completed sale or an answered call.

Choose the reporting range before comparing results. Check collection start dates, tracking gaps, and any partial-coverage notice. A fresh installation or a period with disabled tracking can show no data without indicating that the directory had no visitors. Comparisons across incomplete periods may be misleading.

The CSV export includes its reporting range, dates, timezone, collection window, and coverage context. Preserve that context when sharing figures with another team; do not compare an exported partial period with a fully tracked period as though their coverage were identical.

In Stats settings, choose whether to collect analytics, whether administrator activity is excluded, and which visitor, search, and engagement events are enabled. Default report ranges are 7, 30, or 90 days; event retention choices are 30, 90, or 180 days. Retention limits event history and does not reconstruct deleted or uncollected events.

Track Unique Views estimates one view per browser, listing, and UTC day; it is not a verified count of individual people. Track Search Terms stores bounded, normalized terms and excludes email-, URL-, and phone-like searches. Review tracking against your site’s privacy and consent requirements before enabling it.

For the public listing element and its display options, see the Stats add-on guide.
