Why is not a Listdom add-on showing on the website?

I installed a Listdom add-on but it’s not showing on the website!

If you’ve installed a Listdom add-on but it’s not appearing on your website, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Add-on Installation
Make sure you installed the correct add-on on your WordPress website and also make sure that you activated the plugin. Each Listdom add-on is a separate WordPress plugin. For an eligible direct Webilia product, you can use Listdom → Webilia Connect → Addons → Auto Install after connecting the site; you can also download it from the product card on the Webilia Products page. For CodeCanyon purchases, download it from CodeCanyon. Also, ensure the plugin is activated. Learn more in How to Install the Listdom Plugin and Add-ons.

  2. License Activation
A direct Webilia product can be authorized automatically when the site is connected through Listdom → Webilia Connect and the account is entitled to it. Otherwise, use the product-specific license from the Webilia Products page. For CodeCanyon purchases, use the license provided by CodeCanyon. Insert the license code in the Listdom → Webilia Connect → Licenses tab and make sure it activates without errors. Learn more in How to Activate the Listdom Add-ons Licenses.

  3. Add-ons Settings
Check the Listdom → Settings → Addons section to see if the feature you’re looking for has any options that need to be enabled.

  4. Optimize Assets Loading
If the add-on output is being used on a normal WordPress page or post through a shortcode, check Listdom → Settings → Advanced → Optimize Assets Loading and make sure Listdom assets are allowed to load on that content. If assets are blocked on the page, some add-on elements may not render or behave correctly.
For Listdom’s built-in pages such as single listing pages and archive pages, there is no disable option in Optimize Assets Loading, because loading those assets there is necessary.

  5. Elements Deactivation
Each element in the single listing can be deactivated on several levels. Ensure that the feature you are looking for is not disabled:

    • Single Listing Page: If the add-on includes elements to display on the single listing and it is not displayed on a particular listing, go to Display Option in that listing’s edit page and ensure the coressponding element of the addon is enabled.
    • Category Deactivation: Listdom lets you deactivate elements at the category level. This means that all of the listings in a particular category will not display selected elements. Check the category settings.
    • Global Deactivation: To enable a section on all listings’ final detail pages, go to Listdom → Settings → Single Listing → Elements and toggle the section you want.
    • Frontend Submission Form Deactivation: To disable or enable a field on the Add Listing form of the Frontend dashboard, navigate to Listdom → Settings → Frontend Dashboard → Restrictions tab and configure accordingly.
