Views and Shortcodes

Bookup views are reusable offering displays. Create a saved view from Bookup → Views, configure its display, then place it on a page with its shortcode.

Display Views

Bookup can render saved offering views as:

• List views for vertical, content-rich browsing.
• Grid views for card-based offering archives.
• Full Calendar views for date-first browsing of offering sessions.

The generated shortcode follows this form:

[bookup id="VIEW_ID"]

Replace VIEW_ID with the saved Bookup view ID.

Booking Form Shortcode

Embed one offering’s booking form with:

[bookup-booking id="OFFERING_ID"]

Customer Dashboard Shortcode

When Bookup Pro’s Pro frontend dashboard module is active, place this shortcode on a protected page for trusted users who manage offerings and offering-owned resources:

[bookup-dashboard]

Nota

The Bookup dashboard is separate from the customer portal. Use the customer portal for customers accessing their own reservations; use the dashboard for trusted users who manage Bookup content.
