Webilia Account
यह कंटेंट अभी तक आपकी भाषा में उपलब्ध नहीं है।
The Webilia customer account is the central account for Webilia products, including Listdom, Vertex Addons, DayTidy, and other products available through Webilia. After you purchase a product directly from Webilia, it appears in your account with its download, license, documentation, and activation information.
Section titled “Sign in”Open my.webilia.com and sign in with the email address used for your Webilia purchase. The account opens on Overview.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Overview gives you a summary of your account and the products associated with it. Each product card includes a Licenses & Download link that takes you to the Products page. Depending on your account, Overview can also show limited-time Offers and product Recommendations. Offers open the applicable checkout flow; recommendations can show a plan chooser before checkout.
Products
Section titled “Products”Products is the main page for managing your purchased Webilia products. For each product, you can:
- See the latest available version and, when available, the package size.
- Select Download to download the latest product ZIP when an active license grants access.
- Select Changelog to review release changes.
- Open the product’s Documentation.
- Open the product page through Open [product name].
- Copy the product-specific license with Copy license code.
- Select Manage activations to review the domains connected to that product license, its activation count, and its expiration date.
Each license row also shows its current status and access period. Depending on the product and plan, the row may provide Renew and available Upgrade options. Expired or refunded licenses may show a masked license code. Free products display that no license is required and do not provide a license code.
Activate a product on your WordPress site
Section titled “Activate a product on your WordPress site”- Open Products in your Webilia account.
- Find the product you purchased and select Copy license code.
- Download the product ZIP from the same product card and install or update it on your WordPress site.
- Open the product’s license screen in WordPress and paste the copied code.
- Activate the license and confirm that the product reports an active status.
Move a license to another site
Section titled “Move a license to another site”Open the product’s Manage activations panel in Products and review the connected domains. The panel shows the license status, active activation count, activation limit, expiration date, and license key. Use Deactivate on an active domain before moving the license to another site; a deactivated connection can be activated again when supported. The available number of activations and expiration date are shown in the panel.
Subscriptions
Section titled “Subscriptions”Subscriptions is where recurring subscriptions and their payment methods are managed. If you do not have a recurring subscription, the page shows that no subscriptions are available. One-time purchases and their product licenses are managed from Products instead.
For each subscription, the page can show:
- Plan name, access type, activation limit, status, price, billing interval, current-period end date, and next billing date.
- Payment gateway and subscription ID when available. Supported self-service payment flows use Stripe or PayPal.
- Upgrade options when an eligible plan is available.
- Invoice History for the subscription.
- Disable Auto Renew or Enable Auto Renew when the payment provider supports it. Disabling renewal keeps access through the displayed current-period end date.
- Renew when a recurring subscription is expired or near its access end date and renewal is available.
- Update Payment Method through the provider’s billing portal when supported.
Disabling auto-renew stops the next renewal; it does not immediately remove access. The page shows the date through which current access remains active. If a payment needs attention, use Retry Payment or Update Payment Method in the payment-recovery notice. Payment-method management is available for supported Stripe and PayPal subscriptions.
Connected Sites
Section titled “Connected Sites”Connected Sites lists websites that have connected to Webilia services from a Webilia product. A connected site can check the Webilia services available to your account, receive eligible updates, and use supported Webilia services without entering a separate key for every product.
Use this page to review connected websites. Active connections show their site URL, connection date, status, and a Disconnect action. Disconnecting removes that site’s access through the connection; you can connect it again from the product when needed.
Webilia Connect in Listdom
Section titled “Webilia Connect in Listdom”Listdom includes a Webilia Connect menu under Listdom in the WordPress dashboard. This is the site-to-account connection screen for eligible products purchased directly from Webilia.
The menu contains these tabs:
- Connect: Select Connect to Webilia and complete the account connection flow. When successful, the page shows Connected and explains that installed Listdom products are checked automatically. You can expand Disconnect this website and type
disconnectto confirm removal of the connection. Disconnecting Webilia Connect does not change existing license-key activations. - Licenses: Review installed Listdom products and their activation status. A connected account can authorize eligible products automatically. If you prefer a product-specific key, expand Activate with License Keys and activate the product separately; this fallback remains independent from Webilia Connect.
- Addons: Browse the Listdom catalog grouped into addons, toolkits, and apps. Installed items show Installed or Inactive. Eligible products may show Auto Install when the site is connected and the account has access; products can also link to their purchase or product page and documentation.
Webilia Connect is an account entitlement and update path for eligible direct Webilia products. It does not replace a marketplace license. If you bought Listdom Pro or an addon from CodeCanyon, download it from CodeCanyon and use the license or purchase code provided by CodeCanyon. Connecting that site to a Webilia account does not activate the CodeCanyon purchase.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Billing contains your invoice history and billing documents. Use the From and To fields to filter the invoice list by date. Pending or not-yet-generated invoices may appear before a document is available.
If a subscription payment needs attention, Billing may show a Payment Recovery panel with Retry Payment and Update Payment Method actions. Use the provider’s payment flow to resolve the issue and keep access active.
Affiliate
Section titled “Affiliate”Affiliate is the Webilia referral program area when the program is enabled. New users can request access by entering a PayPal email address and accepting the affiliate program terms. After approval, the area can include:
- Dashboard: referral link, copy/share controls, earnings balances, recent referrals, and performance summary.
- Referral Links: the primary referral link and custom campaign links with tracking names.
- Earnings Ledger: filterable commission records.
- Withdrawals: eligible balance, payout configuration, withdrawal requests, and payout history.
- Marketing Materials: downloadable assets, referral links, and HTML embed code where provided.
Withdrawal requests use the full eligible balance and the configured PayPal payout method. The page may show a configured minimum withdrawal threshold. Affiliate features are available only after the application is approved, and the menu may be hidden when the program is disabled.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Settings contains the account information that you can update:
- Profile: Update your account name and save the change.
- Billing Address: Maintain the country, state/province where applicable, address lines, city, and postal code used for checkout and tax calculation.
