Reports and Exports

Open Bookup → Reports to review and export booking data. The reports screen supports filters and CSV exports for operational analysis, reconciliation, and external reporting.

Booking Export

Administrators with the required permissions can export booking data as CSV. The export includes operational fields such as:

• Booking reference and ID.
• Offering and customer details.
• Booking status and payment status.
• Total, payable amount, currency, and gateway.
• Coupon, submission date, selected sessions, options, and resources.

Apply filters before exporting so the CSV reflects the period or workflow you need to analyze.

Customer Export

Customer report exports are a Bookup Pro Pro capability when the required module and permissions are enabled. These records can include customer identity, booking counts, quantities, and first/last session details.

Reports respect WordPress capabilities. If an export action is unavailable, confirm that the user can view reports and manage customers, and that any required Pro module is active.
